Our order book is full of clients wanting design plans just to get project costings from builders as many will not price jobs until fully scaled plans are produced from which quantities can be taken. These plans will turn a builders approximate budget cost into proper costed estimates. This also shows commitment from the client to the builder and you will also be taken more seriously by your builder at this early stage.
