Rear Kitchen Extension

This property had a small kitchen compared to the size of the remaining three storey house. The brief was to enlarge the existing kitchen to form a kitchen diner and to incorporate as much natural daylight as possible. We achieved this by using limited brickwork to the corner piers and steel wind posts as well as large french doors and glazed lantern roof. We were involved with the design drawings, planning application, structural and SAP caluculations which were required by Building Control, as well as regular site visits and on-going technical advise during the build process.

Quote from Client:
“An e-mail just to say thank you for all your help, assistance and guidance through the building of our new orangery/breakfast room, the aim has been achieved 100% and it has made a real difference to the house. Without your advice I suspect we would not have achieved it.”
