Sometimes you can build without planning permission. We can help you with all aspects of permitted development allowance and gain approval by applying for a lawful development cetificate.

These are specialist glazed extensions which will require additional structural calculations and heat loss advise – we specialise in these designs.

Architectural offer building plans and experienced pre-application advise so whether you are thinking of a house extension, new garage, conservatory or orangery, we are a friendly team with many years of experience who will help you realise your ideas and guide you through the entire pre-build process, from initial design to appointing a builder.
Initial Design Consultation
C.P. Architectural offer a free design and feasibility consultation which includes advice on planning and your permitted development rights.
Design Drawings
C.P. Architectural will produce scaled plans to show how your design will work within your existing home.
Planning Applications
We will work with your Local Authority’s Planning Department to get your design approved with either a planning application or lawful development certificate.
Building Regulations
Once your design has been approved by the Local Authority we will work with your builder and submit your application for Building Regulations approval.
